9. Service Terms

When you request a quote or service from Circa:

• You agree to provide accurate information about your project
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Pricing is subject to on-site verification and may change if conditions differ from initial assessment
• A 50% deposit is required to schedule work
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance forfeit the deposit
